Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital service, all payments for TTNiche Pro subscriptions are non-refundable. By subscribing to TTNiche Pro, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing immediate access to digital content and premium features, and you expressly waive any right to a refund.

2. Free Trial Period

TTNiche offers a generous free plan that allows you to explore the platform, test features, and evaluate whether the service meets your needs before making any payment. The free plan includes:

• 30 minutes of daily dashboard access
• Access to all niche filters and data
• 3 saved favorites
• Video downloader and transcription tools

We strongly encourage all users to thoroughly test the free plan before upgrading. The free plan exists specifically so you can make an informed purchase decision.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting us. When you cancel:

• Your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Your subscription will not auto-renew after the current period ends.
• Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan upon expiration.
• No partial or prorated refunds are provided for the remaining time in a billing period.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate charges — If you were charged multiple times for the same billing period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge(s).
• Unauthorized transactions — If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, please contact PayPal directly to dispute the transaction. PayPal's Buyer Protection policies will apply.

5. Service Availability

TTNiche is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain consistent uptime, temporary service interruptions, maintenance periods, or data delays do not constitute grounds for a refund. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any features.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through PayPal or your bank without first contacting us, your TTNiche account will be immediately and permanently suspended. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly.

7. Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase on TTNiche, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
• You understand that all sales are final and non-refundable.
• You had the opportunity to evaluate the service via the free plan before purchasing.
• You are purchasing access to a digital service that is delivered immediately upon payment.
